1.Our shipping details:
- Free shipping in India for orders above ₹999
• Orders dispatch within 24 to 72 Hours.
• Delivery after dispatch within 3 – 6 working days
• International shipping available on request.2.Our replacement /exchange/returns terms:
We offer a 3-day replacement or exchange or return on most of our products.
Please ensure the item is:
- To qualify for a replacement or exchange or return, the original product must be in the exact condition you received it—unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original box and packaging. A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is mandatory. It is a mandatory process of recording an opening video while unboxing the sealed parcel (POD bag) for verification purposes.

- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup from your delivered address. Refunds will be processed after the item is received, passes our quality check and verified at our warehouse.

3. For Damages and Issues:
It is mandatory to record a video while opening the package. If you notice any damage, defect, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately via email on connect@thesilversoul.com with the order ID/product ID so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution. Kindly note that we do not process returns or refunds for items damaged due to misuse after delivery. You will need to produce the video while opening the sealed package to prove damages and issues. It is mandatory to qualify for our replacement or exchange or return terms.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Our payment methods:
At TSS – The Silver Soul, we’ve made the checkout process simple, secure, and smooth — just like your experience with us.

- Bank Transfers
Please note:

6. Shipping & Order Tracking:
We usually process and ship all orders within 24 -72 hours of receiving them.

7. Return Pickup & Refund Process:
Once you initiate a return via our website, our logistics partner will collect the item within 4–5 working days.
Once you meet the criteria of our replacement or exchange or return terms, your refund will be processed after the pickup is confirmed and the item passes our quality check.
Refunds process:
- Prepaid Orders: Credited to the original payment method
- Wallet Payments: Amount will be credited back to the wallet used
- Mixed Payment Methods: Refunded in proportion to the original payment breakdown
8. Exchange & Return Instructions:
You can request an exchange or replacement within 3 days of receiving your item — whether it’s defective or you simply want something else.
Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly after the quality check of the return product and after you meet the criteria of our replacement or exchange or return terms.

How to Initiate a Return:
- Log in to our website using your registered email ID or mobile number
- If no account exists, create one using the same email or phone number used while placing the order
- Go to Your Orders and click “Return”
- Select the item and provide the reason for return
- Confirm the request — we’ll arrange a pickup and send a confirmation email
